Our Founders' Story

Our journey began with our beloved Labrador, LucyFur, our Chief Tasting Officer (CTO). At 4.6 years old, LucyFur had "phluffed up" to over 50 kg. We faced a critical moment when we needed to get her onto a train. She simply couldn't jump. That day, we realized how much her weight was impacting her life, and we were terrified of losing her. We knew we had to find a solution.

That experience was the catalyst for Phluffy. We started researching and experimenting with low-calorie, natural ingredients, determined to create treats that would help LucyFur regain her strength and mobility. We used these homemade cookies as positive reinforcement during her training, encouraging her to become more active. The results were amazing! LucyFur not only lost 10 kilograms, but she also regained her youthful energy and now jumps everywhere with joy.
